As I mentioned in the blog post about Jordan & Jeffrey’s engagement session, these two had me at hello! There’s people in this world who, after meeting them for only a few minutes, you just feel like you’ve known them your whole life. And that’s these two. Their hearts are so big and love of life and laughter endless, I can’t fully describe how special these two are. And Jordan’s mom, Momma Val, just takes you under her wing and loves you like one of her own. So, it should go without saying, but I’m going to say it anyway, I was so excited for these two to get married!
It’s no easy task to plan an Arizona wedding while living in Connecticut, but they did it flawlessly, with the ever gorgeous Troon North Golf Club as the backdrop, and sprinkling details with touches of blush, blue and gold everywhere you looked! And Jeffrey even built the wooden arch that stood at the beginning of the aisle, where they’d walk toward their new beginning as Mr. & Mrs.
These two had a huge wedding party, but as I mentioned before, it’s not surprising, because they love so genuinely and are loved by so many in return! And seriously, their wedding party was a gorgeous group of friends and family and they made every moment absolutely fun and hilarious. It was a day full of so much happiness, laughter and a ton of inappropriate jokes (did I mention I love them?). The reception had everyone on their feet dancing in a well deserved celebration! As their custom cocktail napkins said, it truly was the ‘Best Day Ever’! I was sad when it was all over, knowing they were headed back to Connecticut, but these two, they’re the kind of friends who you love for life, and I feel so lucky to be able to love them back, so they’re stuck with me for life!
