Erika & Luis are another of our sweet couples who had to unfortunately postpone their wedding this year. But like true champs, they embraced their new date and all the changes with grace, and their fall Troon North Wedding was absolutely lovely!

They had little details from their original wedding date, and we love when couples keep these details present, like little museum archives of their wedding journey. Luis’ suit jacket was embroidered with their original date and they had their original wedding invites for the details shots.

They opted for a smaller bridal party, which for Erika was made up of best friends, and her twin sister was her Maid of Honor. They were all so sweet and fun to hang around with during the getting ready and photos. One benefit to having a smaller bridal party is that you get to spend a lot more quality time together!

Erika’s dad was their officiant (how sweet is that??) and he was super funny cracking jokes during the ceremony and had all their guests laughing, and he and Erika both wore cowboy boots. I don’t know if we’ve ever seen a father daughter wedding matching moment, but we are here for it.

Erika & Luis were so patient in getting their photos done, which was great because we had the most beautiful desert golden hour setting for them. Who could pass up taking as many shots as possible when this is your location?! Troon North has amazing views for your wedding day!

One of the most important photos for them to get was the huge group shot right after they said “I do” so you could tell that all of their guests were important to them and they were so grateful to the people who still attended their wedding despite our current circumstances. We love that this past year has illuminated what’s really important on your wedding day.
